INGREDIENTS:
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. butter
1 egg yolk
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. flour
1/8 tsp. salt
1 slightly beaten egg white
1/4 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. almonds
DIRECTIONS:
Cream butter and sugar. Add egg yolk and vanilla. Blend in flour and salt. Pat dough evenly in ungreased 15 x 10 x 1 pan. Brush top with egg white. Sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon and almonds. Bake 15 minutes at 350 degrees.
