INGREDIENTS:
10-12 graham crackers
2 c. mini marshmallows
3/4 c. butter
1 tsp. cinnamon
3/4 c. packed brown sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped nuts
1 c. flaked coconut
DIRECTIONS:
Arrange crackers in a single layer in 13 x 9 inch pan. Sprinkle marshmallows on the crackers. In a saucepan, combine butter, brown sugar and cinnamon. Cook over medium heat until sugar is dissolved. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla. Spoon evenly over marshmallows; sprinkle nuts and coconut over all.
Bake 12-14 minutes or until light brown. Cool thoroughly, then cut in 3 x 1 inch strips. Store in airtight container. Can be frozen.
