Lemon Bar Cookies

INGREDIENTS:
1 c. butter, softened
Dash salt
1/2 c. powdered sugar
2 c. flour

FILLING:

INGREDIENTS:
4 eggs, beaten
2 c. sugar
1/4 c. flour
6 tbsp. lemon juice

DIRECTIONS:
Combine all ingredients for crust and mix well. Press mixture into 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.
Filling – Combine flour and sugar. Mix in beaten eggs and lemon juice. Pour into slightly cooled crust. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes, or until set. Cool and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
