INGREDIENTS:
1/2 c. butter
1 1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs
14 oz. can sweetened condensed milk (NOT evaporated milk)
6 oz. pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips
3 1/2 oz. can flaked coconut (1 1/3 c.)
1 c. chopped nuts
DIRECTIONS:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees (325 degrees for glass dish). In 13 x 9 inch baking dish, melt butter in oven. Sprinkle crumbs over butter; pour sweetened condensed milk evenly over crumbs. Top with remaining ingredients; press down firmly. Bake 25 to 30 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool. Chill if desired. Cut into bars. Store loosely covered at room temperature. For 7 layer cookie bars, add 6 ounce package butterscotch chips after the chocolate chips.
