INGREDIENTS:
1 c. flour
1/2 c. packed brown sugar
1/2 c. melted butter
3/4 c. evaporated milk
1/3 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. quick oats
1 3/4 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. Libby’s pumpkin
1 egg, beaten
1/2 tsp. allspice
DIRECTIONS:
Combine flour, oats, brown sugar, and 1 teaspoon cinnamon. Add butter; mix until crumbly. Press into bottom of 13 x 9 x 2 inch baking dish. Bake in 350 degree oven for 20 to 25 minutes. Combine remaining ingredients. Pour over crust. Bake in slow oven (325 degrees) for 25 to 30 minutes. Cool completely.
Top with cream cheese topping: Beat together until fluffy 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese and 1/4 cup orange marmalade. Spread over cooled bars. Makes 32 bars.
