INGREDIENTS:
1 c. peanut butter
1 c. sugar
1 egg
DIRECTIONS:
Mix ingredients together thoroughly. Shape dough into 1 inch balls. Place 2 inches apart on an ungreased cookie sheet. Flatten by criss-crossing with the tines of a fork. Bake at 375 degrees for 7-9 minutes or until bottoms are lightly browned. Yield: approximately 36 cookies.
