Ingredients:
2 cups butter — softened
8 cups flour
1 cup honey
1 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
2 eggs — separated
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 teaspoon grated lemon peel
Directions:
Cream the butter; gradually add the honey. Beat in egg yolks and lemon peel, flour, baking powder and lemon juice. Stir well and chill. Shape into small balls and flatten. Brush with beaten egg whites. Bake at 350F for 10-15 minutes.
