INGREDIENTS & DIRECTIONS:
Mix together completely: 1/2 c. crunchy peanut butter 1/2 c. sugar 1/2 c. brown sugar 1 egg
Sift together and stir in: 1/2 tsp. baking powder 3/4 tsp. soda Pinch of salt
Drop by tablespoon on lightly greased cookie sheet. Flatten with fork dipped in water – crisscross. Bake 10 minutes at 375 degrees. Makes 3 dozen cookies.
