Mix ingredients. Roll into balls and place on cookie sheet. Bake at 350-375 degrees for 10 minutes. Let cool on cookie sheet. They’ll freeze if you need them for later!

INGREDIENTS:
1 1/2 c. shortening
1 c. of sugar
1 well beaten egg
1 tsp. vanilla extract
4 c. of flour
1 tsp. of baking powder
DIRECTIONS:
Shortening should be at room temperature. For best results use two parts butter and one part butter. Cream butter and sugar. Add egg and vanilla. Beat well, add flour and baking powder.
Mix until dough is smooth. Force through cookie press. Bake at 375 degrees until light brown (about 5 to 8 minutes).

2/3 c. honey
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. soft butter
2 eggs

Into large bowl, measure all ingredients. With mixer at low speed, beat until well mixed, scraping bowl often. Bake on ungreased cookie sheet at 350 degrees for 15 minutes or until light brown.
