INGREDIENTS:
1 c. peanut butter
1 c. butter
1 c. sugar
1 c. brown sugar
2 eggs
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 (12 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
DIRECTIONS:
Cream peanut butter and butter together. Add sugars and cream well. Add eggs 1 at a time and beat until smooth. Add flour and soda, and beat until smooth. Stir in chips. Bake on ungreased cookie sheet at 325 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes. Let cool before removing.
INGREDIENTS:
1 pkg. Duncan Hines Deluxe II White Cake Mix or Yellow Cake Mix
1/4 c. light brown sugar
1 c. (6 oz. pkg.) semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/2 c. chopped nuts
3/4 c. oil
1 egg
DIRECTIONS:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. In a large bowl stir all ingredients together until well mixed. Drop from a teaspoon onto an ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 375 degrees for 10-12 minutes, until centers of cookies are golden brown (edges will look darker). Cool on cookie sheet for about 1 minute, then remove to rack to finish cooling. Makes about 3 1/2 dozen 2 1/2 inch cookies.

1 c. mashed banana
2 1/4 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. soda
3/4 tsp. salt
1 c. chocolate chips
DIRECTIONS:
Mix all ingredients. Drop by teaspoon on cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees 10 minutes. Yield: 50 cookies.
