Cookie Monster Cookies

INGREDIENTS:

1 lb. butter
2 lb. brown sugar
4 c. white sugar
12 eggs
3 lb. peanut butter
1 tbsp. Karo syrup
1 tbsp. vanilla
8 tsp. soda
18 c. oatmeal
16 oz. chocolate chips
1 lb. M&M’S®

DIRECTIONS:

Cream together butter, brown sugar, white sugar, eggs and peanut butter.

Add Karo syrup, vanilla, soda, oatmeal, chocolate chips and M&M’S®.

Mix well and drop by tablespoon on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 8 minutes.

Monster Cookies

INGREDIENTS:

12 eggs
2 lbs. brown sugar
4 c. white sugar
1 tbsp. white corn syrup
1 tbsp. vanilla
8 tsp. baking soda
1 lb. butter
1 (42 oz.) box oatmeal
3 lbs. crunchy peanut butter
1 lb. chocolate chips
1 lb. M & M’s

DIRECTIONS:

Mix in order listed. Bake 12 minutes and no longer at 350 degrees.

Monster Cookies

INGREDIENTS:

1 lb. soft butter
12 eggs
1 tbsp. vanilla
18 c. quick oatmeal
1 lb. chocolate chips
4 c. white sugar
3 lb. peanut butter
1 tbsp. light corn syrup
8 tsp. baking soda (4 tsp. at 7500 ft.)
1 lb. M & M’s
2 lb. brown sugar

DIRECTIONS:

Cream butters and sugars until smooth; add eggs, syrup, vanilla and soda, in order. Mix thoroughly after each addition. Fold in oatmeal, then candies and chocolate chips. Drop by tablespoons onto cookie sheet. Spread with bottom of glass or back of spoon. Bake 8 to 10 minutes at 350 degrees. Makes approximately 120 large cookies – enough for a crowd!
