Chocolate Crinkle Cookies

INGREDIENTS:

2 c. flour
1 c. sugar
4 squares (4 oz.) unsweetened chocolate, melted with 4 tbsp. butter & cooled
4 lg. eggs
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. powdered sugar

DIRECTIONS:

Beat smooth all ingredients, except powdered sugar, with electric mixer. Chill until firm. Heat oven to 350 degrees. Shape rounded teaspoonfuls of dough into balls and roll in powdered sugar. Place 1 1/2 inches apart on greased baking sheets. Bake 10 minutes, or until cookies crack and feel firm when pressed gently. Makes 6 dozen cookies.
