INGREDIENTS:
2/3 c. shortening (Butter Crisco)
3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 egg
4 tsp. milk
2 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
DIRECTIONS:
Chill for 1 hour and roll 1/8 inch thick. Bake at 375 degrees for 6-8 minutes. Triple – can use whole Butter Crisco can to make enough for class parties.
