INGREDIENTS:
3 eggs
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. granulated sugar
4 tsp. vanilla
1 tbsp. white corn syrup
1/2 c. butter
1 1/3 c. peanut butter
2 tsp. soda
4 1/2 c. oatmeal (not quick)
1/2 c. chocolate chips
1/2 c. M&M’S®
DIRECTIONS:
This recipe does not call for flour. In a large mixing bowl, beat eggs. Add butter, sugars, peanut butter, vanilla and corn syrup; mix well. Stir soda into oatmeal, then add to peanut butter mixture. Mix until well combined. Mix in chocolate chips.
Use an ice cream scoop to put dough on cookie sheet. Press M&M’S® on top of cookie dough. Bake at 350 degrees.
