INGREDIENTS:
12 eggs
1 lb. butter
2 lb. sugar
2 lb. brown sugar
18 c. oatmeal
1 lb. chocolate chips
3 lb. crunchy peanut butter
1 lb. M & M’s
DIRECTIONS:
Mix eggs, butter, sugar, and peanut butter in large bowl. When adding oatmeal, chocolate chips, and M & M’s transfer to larger bowl. May have to mix with hands. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 to 15 minutes. Makes “great big” cookies. Dough freezes well in smaller quantities. Cookies freeze well also.
