INGREDIENTS:
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. flour
DIRECTIONS:
Combine salt and butter. Add brown sugar and flour; blend. Spread mixture in an 8 x 12 x 2 inch pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 15 minutes or until delicately brown. 2 tbsp. flour 1/2 tsp. salt 1 1/2 c. coconut 2 eggs, well beaten 1/2 tsp. baking powder 1 tsp. vanilla 1 c. chopped nuts
Add brown sugar and vanilla to beaten eggs until thick and foamy. Add flour, baking powder, salt, coconut and nuts. Spread over baked mixture. Bake at 325 degrees for 25 minutes. Cool and cut.
