Tom Thumb Cookie Bars

INGREDIENTS:
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. flour

DIRECTIONS:
Combine salt and butter. Add brown sugar and flour; blend. Spread mixture in an 8 x 12 x 2 inch pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 15 minutes or until delicately brown. 2 tbsp. flour 1/2 tsp. salt 1 1/2 c. coconut 2 eggs, well beaten 1/2 tsp. baking powder 1 tsp. vanilla 1 c. chopped nuts
Add brown sugar and vanilla to beaten eggs until thick and foamy. Add flour, baking powder, salt, coconut and nuts. Spread over baked mixture. Bake at 325 degrees for 25 minutes. Cool and cut.

Monster Cookies

INGREDIENTS:

12 eggs
2 lbs. brown sugar
4 c. white sugar
1 tbsp. vanilla
1 tbsp. Karo
8 tsp. soda
1 lb. butter
3 lbs. peanut butter
18 c. oatmeal
1 lb. chocolate chips
1 lb. M&M candies

DIRECTIONS:

Mix in order. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 to 15 minutes. Let cookies cool on cookie sheet a little before taking them off after they’re baked.

Magic Cookie Bars

INGREDIENTS:
1 bag semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 bag butterscotch chips
1 sm. can flaked coconut
1 box graham cracker crumbs
1 c. butter
1 can sweetened condensed milk

DIRECTIONS:
Layer bottom of baking dish with graham crumbs. Melt in butter. Press with fork. Layer with chips. Sprinkle coconut. Spread milk over top evenly. Bake on 375 until coconut browns. Cool and refrigerate. Cut in small cookie bars.
