INGREDIENTS:
3/4 c. melted butter
1 c. molasses
2 eggs
2 1/4 c. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. buttermilk
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
1/2 tsp. lemon extract
1 c. sm. raisins
DIRECTIONS:
Blend all ingredients until smooth. Drop by teaspoons on greased baking sheet. Bake at 425 degrees for 8-10 minutes. Makes 4-5 dozen cookies.
