Pumpkin Cookies

INGREDIENTS:

2 eggs, beaten
3/4 c. light brown sugar
1/4 c. white sugar
1/2 c. butter, softened
1 c. pumpkin pie filling
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. milk
2 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice

DIRECTIONS:

1. In a large bowl, combine eggs, brown sugar, white sugar, butter, pumpkin pie filling, vanilla and milk. Mix well.

2. Add flour, baking soda and pumpkin pie spice. Mix well.

3. Place by teaspoonsful several inches apart on a greased cookie sheet. Bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for 16 to 18 minutes. Makes about 5 dozen.
