INGREDIENTS:
1 (18 oz.) pkg. yellow cake mix
1/2 c. quick cooking rolled oats
2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
1 egg
1 (16 oz.) can mashed pumpkin
2 tbsp. oil
FROSTING:
3 c. powdered sugar
2 tsp. grated orange peel
3 to 4 tbsp. orange juice
DIRECTIONS:
Heat oven to 350 degrees. Spray pans with Pam. Combine all ingredients and mix well. Drop cookie dough by spoonfuls (slightly flatten if you are going to decorate). Bake at 350 degrees for 14 to 20 minutes. Remove from oven and let cool completely.
Combine frosting ingredients, add extra orange juice for desired consistency. Decorate with candy corn, raisins, SKITTLESĀ® or for any season.
