INGREDIENTS & DIRECTIONS:
Mix: 1 c. sugar 2 eggs
Sift and stir in: 2 tsp. cream of tartar 1 tsp. soda 1/2 tsp. salt
Chill dough 1 hour. Roll into balls and roll balls in mixture of 2 tablespoons sugar and 1 teaspoon cinnamon. Bake on ungreased cookie sheet at 400 degrees for 8 to 10 minutes. Makes 5 dozen.
