Snickerdoodles Recipe
INGREDIENTS:
2 eggs
1 cup butter
2 3/4 cups flour
2 1/2 cups granulated sugar
2 teaspoons cream of tartar
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking soda
DIRECTIONS:
Mix together all of the above ingredients in a large bowl. Chill for 1-2 hours. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine a mixture of 1/4 – 1/2 cup granulated sugar with 3-4 Tbsp cinnamon. Take chilled dough and roll into small balls. Roll balls in sugar and cinnamon mixture. Place on cookie sheet and bake for 10 minutes. Repeat until all dough is used.
