INGREDIENTS:
1 box brown sugar
5 eggs
1 tbsp. melted butter
3/4 c. warm water
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 can coconut
2 unbaked 9 inch pie shells
DIRECTIONS:
Combine sugar and eggs; beat well. Add butter, water, vanilla and coconut. Mix well. Pour into pie shells and bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes or until firm.
