Brown Sugar Coconut Pie

INGREDIENTS:
1 lb. box light brown sugar
5 eggs
1 tbsp. melted butter
3/4 c. warm water
1 tsp. vanilla
1 lg. can Angel Flake Coconut
2 unbaked 9″ pie shells
DIRECTIONS:
Combine sugar and eggs; beat well. Add butter, water, vanilla and coconut; mix well. Pour into pie shells and bake at 350 degrees about 25 minutes or until filling is firm.
