Ingredients
6 cups shortening
6 cups sugar
8 eggs
11 cups flour
8 teaspoons cream of tartar
4 teaspoons baking soda
2 teaspoons salt
Cinnamon/sugar mixture

Cream the shortening, sugar, and eggs. Add flour, cream of tartar, baking soda, and salt. Mix together, then form into balls. Roll the balls in a mixture of cinnamon sugar. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes.
