INGREDIENTS:
1 pie crust
1 can (6 oz.) frozen apple juice concentrate (undiluted)
3/4 tsp. cinnamon
3 c. fresh apple slices
1 tbsp. cornstarch
1/4 c. water
1 1/2 tsp. butter
DIRECTIONS:
Heat juice and cinnamon. Add apples and cook until partially tender. Remove apples. Mix cornstarch and water until smooth. Add to the juice and cook until thick, stirring constantly. Combine with apples cool slightly. Fill pie crust. Bake.
