Sugar-Free Apple Pie

INGREDIENTS:
Pie crust for 9-inch pan
4-5 Granny Smith apples
1 sm. can unsweetened apple concentrate
2 tbsp. cornstarch
Cinnamon

DIRECTIONS:
Cut up peeled and cored apples into pie crust. In a saucepan, slowly bring apple concentrate to a boil. Mix cornstarch with 2 tablespoons water and add to thickened apple juice over apples. Dot with butter. Place crust over apples. bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
