INGREDIENTS:
1 sm. box orange sugar free Jello
8 oz. sm. curd low fat cottage cheese
1 can mandarin oranges, well drained
1 med. can chunk pineapple, well drained
8 oz. lite Cool Whip
DIRECTIONS:
Mix dry Jello and cottage cheese. Add oranges and pineapple chunks. Fold in Cool Whip and allow to stand overnight in refrigerator.
