INGREDIENTS:
2 (4 oz. each) pkg. sugar-free instant vanilla pudding
2 c. minus 1 tbsp. cold low-fat milk
1 c. cooked or canned pumpkin
1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
1 c. prepared whipped topping; optional
DIRECTIONS:
Mix pudding, milk, pumpkin, and spices in large bowl of electric mixer. Beat on low speed for 1 minute.
Pour into a baked 9 inch pie shell and chill. Serve with low calorie whipped topping, if desired.
